Directions

  2. Roast the broccoli

    Add broccoli to a second pan or alongside tofu for the final 14 minutes, lightly oiled and salted.

  3. Whisk the dressing

    Mix miso, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil, ginger, and 2 tablespoons warm water.

  4. Prep the toppings

    Warm corn and chop cucumber and carrot.

  5. Build
