Seared steak over crisp greens, radish, cucumber, and herbs with a punchy sesame-lime dressing.
Directions
Season steak
Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper.
Sear
Cook in a hot skillet with oil until browned and done to your preference. Rest 8 minutes, then slice thinly.
Whisk dressing
Combine lime juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and 1 tablespoon water.
Toss salad
Combine romaine, cabbage, cucumber, radish, carrot, and herbs with most of the dressing.
Finish
Top with sliced steak, nuts, and the remaining dressing.
